I ordered a £40 bunch of flowers and a £5 bunch arrived at my sick friends house. How embarrassing. I don't know who the florist is, Royal Mail was keeping me informed. I really wish I could include photo's, I would NEVER EVER use them again. Please don't. I send flowers all the time so thought I would try them instead of Marks or a florist close to the recipient. Honestly you have no idea how upset I am.
