Ordered a medium sized bouquet for £25, was advised on the confirmation email that I would be kept upto date when dispatched, and on delivery. This did not happen. Not a major issue, they were delivered.
Luckily I had them delivered to me ready to take to a friend who was having a bit of a hard time. On opening the box I was very disappointed. For a medium bouquet, there didn’t seem a lot.. half were wilted and brown. There were buds to open, which it stated when purchased but I feared they could be past there best at this point.
Contacted 123 flowers to raise my concerns. They responded quickly asking for pictures which I sent. They quickly replied saying the bouquet size was correct and to just put them in water.. which I had already done previously for a good few hours before contacting them.. needless to say I wasn’t getting anymore help and I was left with a bouquet of flowers that I would have been embarrassed to pass on. I did a speedy trip to a local supermarket to re-purchase another bouquet that was beautiful and for only £20.. I will not be making the same mistake twice and ordering from 123 flowers.
