I placed an order before 10pm expecting next day delivery, but it arrived two days later. After reaching out to customer service, I learned that next day delivery can take longer, which wasn't clearly advertised on the website. This led to additional hassle as I had to pick up my order and deliver it myself, consuming more time. I was offered a refund for the delivery charge, which was free anyway, and eventually received a 10% refund on my order—a minimal gesture. Misleading advertising during this busy season is unacceptable. I won't be using this service again.
