Exceptional Service with Delivery Adjustments

I misplaced the address of the recipients I sent a hamper to last year, but the company helped me retrieve it so I could send it again. I later discovered that the recipients were still on their winter holiday in Doha, and the company graciously adjusted the delivery date for me. Their service truly exceeds expectations. Thank you!

Misleading Delivery Promises

I placed an order before 10pm expecting to receive it the next day, but it arrived two days later. After reaching out to customer support, who were quick to respond, I learned that next day delivery doesn’t actually guarantee it will arrive the next day and may take longer. The website lacks clarity on this, and the feature isn't marketed effectively. I received information about their delivery services, but this wasn’t visible when I placed my order. As a result, I had to collect my order and transport it to another location to hand it over to a staff member, which took additional time. I was offered a refund for the delivery charge (which was free to begin with). Ultimately, I received a 10% refund on my order—a minimal gesture. I recognize this is a busy season, but advertising next day delivery and failing to deliver on that promise is unacceptable and misleading. I will not be returning.

Delivery Issues with Ordered Hamper

I ordered a hamper on 29/11 and was informed it would be delivered today, 05/12, around midday. Upon checking, there was no delivery at the address. I contacted the service, and they mentioned it was delivered to a white door with a picture as proof. However, there are no white doors on the street. Two people were at home, and no one received the delivery, nor was there a signature. The service is refusing to refund my money, so my family won't have a hamper this Christmas. I will not use them again.

Caution Advised!

I discovered the service while thinking I was ordering from a well-known retailer, only to find a sponsored link for another company. It's deceptive to pose as a different brand. I'm glad I read the reviews beforehand and will be purchasing directly from the actual retailer now.
