I wanted to buy ink for an old printer which would only allow the use of a specific brand. On ordering same from the website I got a call from a member of staff to enquire if all was in order and I was particularly pleased that I could choose my preferred delivery method. He then went on to ask why I chose that particular brand of ink when it was so expensive for so little in a cartridge, and yet again went out of his way to explain to me why my printer wasn't accepting any other brands. He was a very warm, friendly and extremely helpful staff member, the kind of person I would love on my own team. I'm just ragin' that I can't remember his name! To top off this very positive experience - my ink was delivered the very next day!!
