I ordered ink with 123 , there was an issue with the product . 123 customer service tried to help but the issue could not be rectified. The company replaced the product . I am most grateful for their efficiency and service, I will be ordering the product again. Excellent value for money and very good customer care experience.

I ordered a printer last Thursday based on what the website clearly states: “Order before 7pm for same-day dispatch.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely misleading.Four days later there is still no update at all on the delivery status. I’ve called customer service several times because we actually need the printer, and the only response I got was that it’s “somewhere in the warehouse” and hasn’t left yet, and they don’t know when it will be dispatched.If you cannot honour what you advertise on your website, then you simply shouldn’t say it. Customers rely on that information when making a purchase.Very disappointed with the service and lack of transparency. At this point I don’t even know when (or if) the printer will actually arrive. Avoid.
Just had a bit of unfortunate experience… ordered a week ago and no news of my order. Contacted the company via email and in fairness, they respond quickly. Offered to split the order because 1 item that wasn’t available held back the order. This wasn’t communicated with me earlier and only because I reached out. So I find the “order by 6pm, ship same day” is misleading. Otherwise, I don’t think the company is too bad to deal with but they could do better.
