Just had a bit of unfortunate experience… ordered a week ago and no news of my order. Contacted the company via email and in fairness, they respond quickly. Offered to split the order because 1 item that wasn’t available held back the order. This wasn’t communicated with me earlier and only because I reached out. So I find the “order by 6pm, ship same day” is misleading. Otherwise, I don’t think the company is too bad to deal with but they could do better.
