Hi its the most unreliable Company I ever dealth with I ordered Drums for my printer and made payment A few hours later I was contacted by a saleperson from saying Company concerned about what I was spending on Drums and advised me he could sell me a printer as cheap as those Drums I previously bought So we did a deal and exchange the order for a new printer and promised me I would have delivery ASAP as I advised him I needed it A few days later I contacted same salesperson and he was so apologetic and promised me He would see that the printer would be delivered straight away and apologised that it was a over sight 2 Days later I made 3 phone calls requesting to speak to same salesperson but was told he was otherwise engaged and could they help me so I told them I was waiting for over a week for delivery they advised me the would phone me back when they had a update but the didn't I made a fourth phone call and spoke to the same salesperson that was standing in for the one I made purchase with and advised me he had no update on my delivery I asked him to cancel my order and He was ever so Happy to do so and refund me my money So I won't be ever dealing there again Thanks
