Such a poor experience. I called yesterday morning to check if an ink cartridge was in stock and to see if I could order and collect it the same day. I was told it was in stock and that I’d receive a text/email confirming collection between 12–6pm.I called three times throughout the day and was repeatedly assured the order was a priority and that I’d receive a message before 6pm. No message ever arrived.I called again this morning at 9:30am and was told the order was ready and that the collections team were “just about to send a message”. The customer service agent I spoke to was polite, but when I arrived 30 minutes later I was told collections only operate between 12–6pm.I’ve used Ink.123 for years, but this will be my last time ordering. The lack of communication and consistency is extremely disappointing.
