I selected and paid for my product on the site. I shortly after received a call from a staff member informing the product was not currently in stock and would be about 1 month before it arrived as it was out of stock also in European site. I appreciated being informed abd agreed to wait. The month came around quickly and soon a package arrived at my door. Unfortunately it was clear from the moment it arrived it was not what I had ordered. I then went through a frustrating conversation with customer support who would not accept at first that the wrong product was provided. It took outlining my customer rights to finally conclude they could not provide the product I paid for and the best could be done was a refund. A collection with dad was promptly scheduled and collected without issue. Refund still pending
