Ordered two HP ink cartridges last night, paid €6 for delivery and it stated delivery Wednesday (next day). Got a phone call next morning at 09.15, didn’t answer and they left a voicemail. When I spoke to the person they asked did I want to change my order to their own brand of ink (more cost to me) and what was my printer model. I said I made my choice online last night and thought it would be with me today. I asked was my ordered dispatched, which it wasn’t but he could “push it through”. I told him cancel the order and delete my account. I don’t think it is appropriate for an order I paid for next day delivery, and need, to be withheld until they can see if I can be upsold for more margin for them
