WONT GIVE REFUND Bought a printer and it didn’t work properly when I tried to set it up. It wasn’t printing Magenta ink. Obviously not my problem and nor did I cause it. Got on to support which was easy enough to be fair and the girl was helpful but obviously she can only do as she’s told. Keep telling me that once they check it over they will send me a replacement. That’s no good to me as I NEEDED a working printer and had to buy elsewhere. I don’t want a replacement. It is the law to provide me with a refund if the product is not in working order. Will now have to seek advice from CCPC on how to open a claim against them.
