Order was "shipped" on Dec 22. DPD says they are still "awaiting parcel". This is my 2nd poor experience with this company. I, for sure, will not use them again.Update 5 Jan: I did contact your customer service directly last week. I received a reply today saying "you requested an update on this parcel " But it seems to me you advertise items "In Stock" with next day delivery. But, I don't believe you have the items in stock and definitely do not "ship the same day" nor do you have next day delivery. I see many reviews here complaining about that.Update Jan 7: Well, my printer did arrive after chasing customer service. However, it arrived withouta UK/Irish plug. Please collect and refund my money.
