I placed an order over the phone after I was unable to place the order online. I ordered 5 reams of A4 paper and a toner cartridges for my A4 laser printer, which had previously purchased from 123ink.ie. I was given a discount for two toners so I ordered two. I arrived home from working away last night and opened the box of paper to do my printing before my deadline today to find they had sent me A3 paper instead of A4 . I phoned 123 ink right away and asked for a Manager. The person I spoke with was very understanding, and at my request, promised a listen back of the phone call to determine what happened. This investigation happened same day and I received a phone call to advise the replacement paper would be despatched immediately and a courier would collect the incorrectly sent paper and I would receive a credit on my card. Apart from this incident, I have ordered from 123ink for several years and nothing has ever gone wrong with an order, and the customer service has always been impeccable. *UPDATE* review changed to 4 stars. Thank-you, thank-you 123ink! I just returned home from a weekend away and my replacement A4 paper arrived on Friday morning (the very next day!) and the incorrect A3 paper was picked up by courier later that same day for it's return. Just awaiting my refund of the price difference as promised, once the A3 paper is returned to 123ink by the courier, overall I am very happy with the outcome of this investigation. Once my refund is received I'll update the review to 5 stars.
