I wasn’t expecting to hear back until Monday at the earliest, but to my surprise, I received a reply shortly afterwards with an offer to help sort things out.Then on Monday, they sent another email letting me know they were sending me a replacement ink cartridge completely free of charge! I was genuinely shocked by their generosity and so grateful for how they handled the situation.This is exactly why it’s worth supporting Irish and local businesses - you just don’t get this level of personal care and attention from the big international companies. 123ink.ie have earned a loyal customer for life.
