My order was shipped the day after I placed it, and communication via email was clear and timely.I had ordered a set of adapters, but once they arrived, I realised they were the wrong type. I called their customer service, and the assistant was very helpful in checking whether they had the correct product available.I was then assisted by Karen Fitzgerald, the Senior Customer Service Agent, who was absolutely fantastic. She clearly explained all the options for returning the items, requested the necessary documents, and was incredibly reassuring throughout the process. Although a refund wasn’t possible, I was offered store credit, which was a fair and appreciated solution.Returning the products was simple and convenient, with plenty of drop-off options around town. Karen was also very accommodating, allowing me to return the items the following week since I was out of Dublin.Once the products arrived at 123ink, I received confirmation and my store credit was issued promptly.Karen’s professionalism and support were exceptional from start to finish — any team would be lucky to have her!
