Update following delivery order.I placed an order on the 6th of October around 13:30.By 8:30 on the 7th of October I had not received any dispatch confirmation.I have then contacted customer service who informed me that the order was “NOW” (almost a day after placing it) being processed…The order was dispatched the 7th of October and delivered this morning 8th of October, however, to my shock, the box it came in was completely broken (laying on what would be the top which was sealed) and broken when delivered and left in the entrance of my apartments building (the delivery person didn’t even leave a note about the fact the pack was broken, I found it out myself when trying to pick it up from the floor), also, one item was missing and the packagings of other items where broken.What a terrible delivery experience…I will buy from them only if I have time between studying & working full-time to drive to their premises for pick up as I believe the human interaction might be the driver for better service…
