The sheer lack of communication about delays is astounding. You would think you would at least be informed as to why an order has been sitting for a week "ready to ship"....no response from customer service.Edit: The day after I wrote this, I got a response from CS saying that they have been having delays from n influx of orders, and my order would ship today. This is understandable, but maybe put some sort of notice on the site, so that people can go elsewhere when they need something within a short time frame.
