I had a deeply frustrating experience with the service. Even though the contract clearly stated that disassembly and reassembly for my furniture were included, the team refused to complete the job. They stopped working, claiming they had reached their own time estimate—an estimate they set, not me. They then demanded an extra €900+ for just two more hours of work, which is highly disproportionate to the original quote. Moreover, the team wasted time on calls with their office. To worsen the situation, they pressured me into paying the full remaining balance before they would even head to the new address, only to refuse the assembly work upon arrival. I ended up with a damaged desk, part of the wardrobe, and scratches on my refrigerator. Despite providing accurate information about my move, they failed to honor the contract. Proceed with caution.
