Although the agreement clearly stated that disassembly and reassembly for my beds, a wardrobe, and a washing machine were included, the team refused to complete the job. They stopped working, claiming their own time estimate had been reached—an estimate they determined, not me. They then demanded an additional €900+ for just two more hours of work, which is vastly disproportionate to the initial quote. Additionally, the team wasted time on calls with their office. To make matters worse, they pressured me into paying the full remaining balance before they would even drive to the new location, only to decline the assembly work once we arrived. I also ended up with a damaged desk, part of the wardrobe, and scratches on my refrigerator. Despite providing completely accurate information about my move, they did not uphold the contract. Proceed with caution.

It felt like a trap—I had no choice but to proceed. On moving day, they arrived with a truck that was too small for my household, despite my detailed inventory. I called their dispatcher, who admitted they had no larger truck and promised two trips at no extra cost. Later, they called to say the driver was stuck in traffic and needed to charge me an additional €1,100 for the extra time. I firmly refused, and after a tense negotiation, they reduced it to €600, which I still declined. I was then told to “tip the workers €500 in cash” to ensure they would complete the transport and return the next day to assemble my furniture. Exhausted, I reluctantly agreed and paid. Only half of my bed was taken on the first trip, and the wardrobe was left for the second, which occurred after midnight. When I inquired about the next day’s return for assembly, they claimed, “we’re done with our job,” and left. No one ever came back. I reported this to the service, but nothing was done. I’ve been sleeping on a couch since, with my bed unusable and my wardrobe in pieces. I had to lift heavy furniture myself, causing me serious back pain and sleepless nights. I paid €4,300 for a service that was dishonest and incomplete, leaving me emotionally drained. This company took advantage of me during a vulnerable time. I will not stay silent and am gathering evidence for legal action. Please, stay far away from this service.
The advisory phase was very thorough and detailed. The representative I worked with was pleasant and knowledgeable about the planning. Unfortunately, my company chose another moving service, so we didn't use this one in the end, but planning seemed solid.
CAUTION: Untrustworthy practices to pressure acceptance of an offer while on the phone. The contract states it cannot be retracted once accepted, which is allowed due to the nature of the logistics business. If you cancel or choose another service, you owe the full amount. The initial contract changed multiple times, with costs steadily rising. On moving day, three workers arrived, none of whom spoke German or English. Their work was not bad, but they did not handle my furniture as expected. They used an electric drill to remove standard cam locks, damaging them. Before starting, they measured the distance from the truck to the door and waited 30 minutes for a new contract reflecting a higher price, which I had to accept in writing over the phone before they could continue. The same thing happened at the destination; the price increased again. Be aware that the contract requires a real-time transfer of the balance owed before unloading can begin. The final price was €318 per cubic meter.
I would highly advise against using this service. They are dishonest and act in bad faith. My experience was terrible and they were threatening. The worst possible company. I hope they feel good about taking advantage of people who don’t speak the local language.
