I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. Although the agreement clearly stated that disassembly and reassembly for my beds, a wardrobe, and a washing machine were included, the team refused to complete the job. They stopped working, claiming their own time estimate had been reached—an estimate they determined, not me. They then demanded an additional €900+ for just two more hours of work, which is vastly disproportionate to the initial quote. Additionally, the team wasted time on calls with their office. To make matters worse, they pressured me into paying the full remaining balance before they would even drive to the new location, only to decline the assembly work once we arrived. I also ended up with a damaged desk, part of the wardrobe, and scratches on my refrigerator. Despite providing completely accurate information about my move, they did not uphold the contract. Proceed with caution.
