I guess i have been lucky so far. I saw this company on my insta a year ago and decided to try ONE dress! Just to see what i received. I love the dress and i ordered 4 more. Quality…. Eh it’s pretty decent for the cost associated. I have paid 350-1000 for a piece of clothing and they will last as long as i need. I do agree with some of the other posts as these items are more “delicate “ i machine wash most of my clothes on gentle and hang dry anyway so that part doesn’t bother me. So far i really like my 12th Tribe purchases. I will order more and take it one order at a time. I do think they need to work on return policies as that can KILL any business if word gets around!!!! So lulus has an extra tag on their clothes on the side so it cannot be tucked away for those who wear and return! SMART!!!! But if you need a return and that tag is still on the clothing you will get a return or exchange quickly and fairly. Quality is also very good too:) prices better on some and the same on others!
