Bought a few items here from an influencer’s affiliate post, but none of the items fit, so I returned them all. When the time of the return period was coming to an end, I reached out to customer service to check on my return (it had been 16 business days). They told me my return package was missing items so that I would not get my full refund. I know I did not keep any of these items and returned everything, so I had gone back and forth with customer service. I looked up this company on Google and found a plethora of negative reviews about their returns process and claims of “unreturnable” items/overall issues with returns. It was only until I brought this concern up to the customer service agent about all these negative reviews about returns, that they magically “found” the missing items and issued my full return. Overall the experience felt sketchy to me, as there is no reason for me to lie and keep stuff that doesn’t fit. Although the clothes are cute, I would not plan on shopping here if there is a chance you may need to return something. If they can vamp up their returns process, it would greatly help their negative reviews.
