It’s all positives from this company! They are a warm with a family friendly feeling company and by their own admission ran by geeks to provide the best service! From the first initial phone call fibre optic broadband was installed within a week, in an area where none of the other big brands could provide fibre optic broadband. The level of service was so personal, I spoke to Matt on day one and he was the one who came and installed the broadband and you wouldn’t even know he’d been there. He was so polite and honest and clean and tidy and helpful! Honestly the service is brilliant and I finally have Fibre Optic Broadband again which so far I’m having no issues with! Would fully recommend these guys to anyone.Update 20th December: absolutely no issues with the service provided! Constant great speeds and service provided and always great no drop out or issues! Still bang on!
