13Cabs had to lift its game due to the competition with Uber & up until three weeks ago, I would have given them 4 stars. The app is good, but the call centre is hopeless & the staff seem apathetic if you manage to get through. If you cancel a booking the fare is still deducted & refunded later. This is unconscionable. I pre booked a cab on Xmas day for a $90 trip & waited 40 minutes before cancelling & driving myself.
