Terrible experience with my order.

Terrible experience overall. I ordered coffee, but it was sent to the wrong address despite clear instructions. I spent hours trying to get my coffee redirected, but to no avail. The company says it’s not their fault and is unresponsive to my emails. Now my coffee is being returned to them because they failed to communicate with the postal service to correct the address. I've filed a dispute for a refund, as the amount is significant, and I refuse to let them get away with this.
