My experience with this service was completely overshadowed by my HORRIBLE interactions with the company. After not receiving my product for a month, I repeatedly attempted to cancel. They ignored every request, then sent two monthly shipments simultaneously, charging me for both! They forced shipments on me, then claimed, "can't return." What terrible business practices, and I will never order anything else from this service, regardless of the product.
The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Auto subscription, billed for three months separately before receiving the first order. Only bots responded to my inquiries, claiming I selected a pickup location, which was incorrect. No phone number available for contact. It was so frustrating that I canceled my subscription and sold my stocks. 🤬
Terrible experience overall. I ordered coffee, but it was sent to the wrong address despite clear instructions. I spent hours trying to get my coffee redirected, but to no avail. The company says it’s not their fault and is unresponsive to my emails. Now my coffee is being returned to them because they failed to communicate with the postal service to correct the address. I've filed a dispute for a refund, as the amount is significant, and I refuse to let them get away with this.
While the coffee is excellent, my experience with the service has been abysmal. I ordered coffee weeks ago, and it’s still unfulfilled despite having a subscription. They are collecting payments but not delivering products. Contacting them via email or their AI bot yields no response from a real person. I’m over $100 in missing coffee and have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
They only shipped part of my initial order, and over 60 days later, I still can't reach a human being for answers regarding the rest of my order. Their AI is useless for communication, and I’ve been unable to speak with anyone. Expect no dignity or respect unless you’re a celebrity endorser.
Customer service does not exist. I tried to cancel my order right after placing it, but they said it had already shipped and directed me to the shipping company. Five days later, it still hadn’t shipped. Avoid buying from this company at all costs—just go to a grocery store and save yourself the hassle.
