Review Time
I had high hopes for the knives from the company, so I placed an order in November expecting it to arrive before Christmas. As of December 23, there has been no progress on my order, and the only way to reach Customer Service is through email. Each time I try to get an update, I receive an automated response indicating they'll notify me when there's any movement, but there's no indication of when that might happen. Additionally, I was charged for the item right away, which is quite frustrating. I'm also tired of receiving constant promotions for other products when they can't even fulfill my initial order. I will wait to see if they can send the item soon, but I won't be purchasing anything again in the future.
I would love to review the knife (ordered and paid for in July) but have never received it. I have contacted them several times via email and the shipping info keeps getting pushed back… I hope I haven’t been duped. I’d love to order the kitchen shears, but I’m afraid too. Buyer beware!!!!!
I never received my order and when I called the company and the delivery company neither could help. The customer service people said I had to contact by email and the delivery company was a recording that you couldn’t get beyond and speak to a person. Kept rejecting my order number and tracking number. I gave up and contested the charge.
Milk Street gives a full description of any item you are looking at. It's like having a conversation with a specialist about whatever item your looking at. They show the product in action. The two knives I've ordered are wonderful quality, good feel in hand and super sharp. My husband has added these to his knife drawer already. I'll just borrow when I need them. Next, the carbon skillet...if I can wait till January...
I haven't tried my new super duper vegetable peeler yet, but it looks great, and I'm happy to throw away my Oxo's which are never efficient.I used Milk Street's peeler at my friend's kitchen which made carrot, asparagus, and potato peeling a breeze, and I've so wanted my own ever since.
