Do not trust this company. Their sales rep Karen LIED TO ME about my tax situation and talked me into buying their plan.
When the actual tax consultant called me and went over my situation he informed me that I DID NOT need their help.
I asked for a refund and he said that I would get one.
They refunded me but held on to 10%.
I called and and have talked to people who told me that someone woukd call me back.
That NEVER happened and I can not get anyone to take care of this.
DO NOT TRUST KAREN and dont expect satisfaction from this company.
