I have been a client since December 2025. The accountant assigned to us, Philippa, has not been helpful. She is not responsive to messages. Help tickets on the platform are not responded to, then suddenly I receive urgent messages from other staff asking me to do the very things that I requested help for. I certainly will NOT be renewing, or recommending to anyone!!
