I’d give 0 star if I can! Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing.
After paying for services, I later learned that the assistance provided was unnecessary for my situation. Communication became difficult once payment was made, and I found I was provided with something different than promised on phone call. The sales representative stopped responding when I requested clarification. I was later contacted by the billing department, who acknowledged misleading information during the sales process but declined to provide call records or offer any meaningful resolution. Even not an apology… Just said nothing he can do, I have to carry on the misleading on my own.
I paid $429 which is supposed and promised to be personal tax file including 2024 ( very little ) & 2025(very important),the one for 2024 ultimately completed the filing on my own basically. Communication with the assigned accountant was also challenging, which further reduced the value of the service. After done the one for 2024, they asked me to pay another $429 for 2025 which is absolutely not as agreed at all, it’s just insane!
More troubling was discovering that my card had been placed on a subscription without my clear understanding or consent. There was no clear contract provided, and canceling required filing a formal case rather than a straightforward process to do it on your own.
Overall, the experience caused unnecessary stress and did not align with the professional service advertised. The whole experience is a waste of time, money, energy consuming process. Definitely not recommended to work with such horrible service!
