Honestly, I have wasted hours on this portal, literally doing my own categorizing and bookkeeping for close to $3100. Not seeing where that 400% ROI and 25 average hours saved is being calculated by the other reviewers. This has been very time-consuming trying to scan and upload documents, statements and then go back and mark them all. No refund, multiple reps guiding me, skecthy instructions and hard time syncing documents. I am overwhelmed by it all. Hope you have everything strictly running through one account only to simplify things or else you will get to experience this. Already forced to get an extension, WOW
