The company promised to arrive the same day within 2-4 hours and to send a confirmation email with an invoice. However, the technician never showed up, and I received no email despite multiple attempts to reach out via call, text, and chat. Finally, on Tuesday, after several follow-ups, a technician arrived at 11 AM. The next day, my mechanic found the battery to be defective and needing replacement. They advertise new battery installations but fail to check the battery's condition beforehand. I requested a refund due to their 3-year warranty, but I got conflicting responses. One representative said I could get a refund if I returned the battery, but wouldn’t disclose the return location until I had it. Another insisted that their policies only allowed for warranty claims, not refunds. Their claims department confirmed this. I asked to speak with a supervisor but had to wait another 24 hours. It wasn’t until today that I finally received the invoice. After all this, I ended up paying for two batteries, faced terrible communication, and might be stuck with a charge that should be reversed. I strongly advise against using this service; it feels like a scam preying on those in urgent need.
