Extremely Disappointing Service Experience

I arranged for the service and completed my payment online. They provided an estimated arrival time of 2 hours. I spent the entire afternoon waiting with no updates or communication. When I reached out, I was informed that they had no clue when a technician would arrive. Ultimately, no one came.

Warning: Poor Service and Lack of Communication

I initially shared my experience on another platform, but it was removed shortly after posting. I want to make others aware here. The company claimed they would arrive the same day (Monday) within 2-4 hours and promised to send a confirmation email with an invoice. However, the technician never showed up, and I received no email despite multiple attempts to contact them via call, text, and chat. Eventually, on Tuesday, after several follow-ups, a technician arrived at 11 AM. When I took the battery to my mechanic the next day, the health report showed it was defective and needed replacement. They promote a new battery installation but fail to check the battery's condition before installing it in your vehicle. I requested a refund since they offered a 3-year warranty on the battery, but I received conflicting information. One representative said I could get a refund if I returned the battery, but wouldn’t share the return location until I had it. Another insisted that their policies prohibited refunds, only allowing for warranty claims. Their claims department confirmed this as well. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but I have to wait another 24 hours. It was only today that I finally received the invoice. So, after all this, I ended up paying for two batteries, faced poor communication and transparency, and might be stuck with a charge that should be reversed. I strongly advise against using this service; it feels like a scam targeting those in urgent need.

Extremely Satisfied with the Service

My battery died in my garage and wouldn’t hold a charge. With limited space to work, I decided to try this company. They mentioned it would take 5-7 hours for someone to arrive, but I agreed since I needed the car the next morning. A polite and professional technician arrived and installed the battery without any issues. There were no upselling attempts, and my final invoice matched the quoted amount over the phone. I was very pleased and would recommend them based on my experience.

Caution to Future Contractors

I would not recommend this company. Their communication is poor, and they do not keep their promises. I sent four emails over two months with no response regarding payments for batteries I installed in September. They claimed to pay technicians for the previous work week, but this pay structure never happened. After two months and four unanswered emails, it took dispatch to push payroll to process my payment. I signed a contract four months ago and have since terminated it. I did my work as agreed and performed it well.

Avoid This Company

I strongly advise against using this company. They subcontract to unreliable individuals. I had them replace a battery for my daughter in another state, and while the technician replaced it, the windshield wipers then got stuck in the up position. After multiple calls and missed appointments, the fix resulted in the wipers hitting each other. The contractor was inconsistent and now seems unstable based on the messages he sends. I'm considering flying down to ensure my daughter’s safety. Instead of sending a competent technician, they sent someone unfit for the job. Terrible customer service!

Disappointing Service Experience

I had high hopes for this service. However, despite their promise of a quick response, I placed my order at 5:47 PM and was informed it was after hours. The next day, a technician was scheduled between 1-3 PM, but there were no updates, and no one showed. When I called at 3:30 PM, they said they had trouble finding a technician. I often had to reach out for updates, and they failed to initiate any communication. The following day, they still struggled to secure a technician, leading me to cancel almost 48 hours after placing my order. They were accommodating, but ultimately, they could not deliver on their promises.

Frustrating Experience with No Follow-Up

I placed an order for battery delivery with installation. They insisted I needed an upgrade costing $130, but no one showed up. They processed the upgrade payment anyway, and I received no refund. Attempts to reach them via phone and email were futile. I've lost money from missing work, and my bank account is now overdrawn due to charges they claimed wouldn’t go through.
