I called 1-800 battery and was very surprised at how quickly I got a service man to come out and help me. Unfortunately, trying to replace the battery in my mini Cooper turned out to be too difficult for him and the car!When I called after to let the company know that I shouldn’t get charged for the battery, again, I appreciated how quickly they took care of my bill. The only upsetting thing was when I got charged $129 for the service call, after Joe had told me a service call would be $99. I would appreciate a $30 credit. Thank you again. Gary
