The company claimed they would arrive the same day (Monday) within 2-4 hours and promised to send a confirmation email with an invoice. However, the technician never showed up, and I received no email despite multiple attempts to contact them via call, text, and chat. Eventually, on Tuesday, after several follow-ups, a technician arrived at 11 AM. When I took the battery to my mechanic the next day, the health report showed it was defective and needed replacement. They promote a new battery installation but fail to check the battery's condition before installing it in your vehicle. I requested a refund since they offered a 3-year warranty on the battery, but I received conflicting information. One representative said I could get a refund if I returned the battery, but wouldn’t share the return location until I had it. Another insisted that their policies prohibited refunds, only allowing for warranty claims. Their claims department confirmed this as well. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but I have to wait another 24 hours. It was only today that I finally received the invoice. So, after all this, I ended up paying for two batteries, faced poor communication and transparency, and might be stuck with a charge that should be reversed. I strongly advise against using this service; it feels like a scam targeting those in urgent need.
