I mistakenly believed I was ordering from a well-known contacts provider. I will not be ordering from this service again. I placed an order for contact lenses on December 3. The website indicated that my order would be shipped within 5 to 7 days. On December 15, I reached out to the support team regarding my order. All I was informed by the representatives was that my right lens was considered special and needed to be sourced from the supplier. It has now been 20 days in total, and I still have not received my contact lenses. The customer service has been very disappointing. I will not be placing any future orders with this service.
