I mistakenly believed I was ordering from a well-known contacts provider. I will not be ordering from this service again. I placed an order for contact lenses on December 3. The website indicated that my order would be shipped within 5 to 7 days. On December 15, I reached out to the support team regarding my order. All I was informed by the representatives was that my right lens was considered special and needed to be sourced from the supplier. It has now been 20 days in total, and I still have not received my contact lenses. The customer service has been very disappointing. I will not be placing any future orders with this service.
Super easy to reorder today; however, was unable to use my legal name. (Legal name is hyphenated. Ordering would allow two last names without hyphenating it.). Site made it easy to use upgraded shipping to be received within less days (November 4, 2025 estimated). And no customer service was required. Thank you.Anne S-M, Rockledge, FL
