I placed an order on December 3, 2020 for (2) sets of 18650 IMR batteries and paid for 2-4 day shipping via USPS. It's now December 15th and the package has still not arrived. I called the customer service number on their website last night and the gentleman told me that there's nothing he can do and to wait for the package to arrive, but if it doesn't arrive within the next week they will ship another package. This is unacceptable. I paid for additional for a delivery of 2-4 days, however now i'm stuck with waiting for a package that may never arrive. What a waste of money and time.
