While their prices are good, and they ship very quickly, they ship damaged goods. Of the 10 Sanyo 20700 batteries I purchased, 6 had to be re-wrapped immediately since the wraps were torn. The tears on some were clearly visible and large, so the vendor just didn't care that they were sending clearly damaged goods. Additionally, most of the batteries had dents/creases on the sides, with 2 of them being damaged so significantly that I had to discard them. When I emailed 18650batteries about the issue (and sent photos) I received no response. Will NOT be shopping here again
