I ordered a pair of shoes on December 1st, hoping they would arrive before Christmas, but they never came. The customer service was dreadful; all I got were automated replies from a bot that said it 'understands' my frustrations and that my package is 'in transit.' That was the only update I received. This will definitely be my first and last order with this retailer. Very disappointing.
