I ordered shoes from this site and it took forever for the shoes to arrive. I watched the tracking and it went all over the country before getting to my house. At one point it, my package had finally made it close and was in New Jersey, which is only 1.5 hrs from me, just to be shipped out yet again to Washington state! By the time the shoes arrived, the foot had grown and when I asked for a refund or even exchange, I was told we only do 15% refunds or you can pay an extra $40 for the bigger shoes to be shipped. After disagreeing with them, I decided to just pay the extra $40 and guess what...I was then told that their "system was down for maintenance"..THAT WAS OVER TWO WEEKS AGO!!!! I keep questioning the validity of the maintenance and each email says the same thing..."we're sorry for the inconvenience and as soon as we are back up and running we can completed your request for replacements to be shipped." I CALL BULLSHIT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!! My original order was Dec 6, 2025 and I am still fighting this! I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS OR LESS!!!!
I placed an order for sneakers 5 weeks ago, and I still haven't received them. They've been scanned at four different USPS hubs on both coasts. They traveled from one state to another and back, while I reside in another state entirely. This platform feels like a scam due to the lack of communication. At this point, I just want a refund to buy what my son needs before the basketball season ends. I'm bracing myself to never see the $150 again.

The customer service was awful; I only received automated responses from a bot that claimed to understand my frustrations and stated that my package was 'in transit.' I bought a set of basketball shoes for my nephew on December 9th, and now it’s December 28th with no updates since December 11th. One tracker says it’s in Jamaica, NY, while another indicates Compton, CA. I will not be using this service again.
Do not order from this retailer! It’s been a month and my shoes still haven’t arrived. Why are they bouncing around between Washington state and Colorado when they shipped from New York? I live in West Virginia! I can’t get a refund or reach anyone! Don’t waste your time or money on these scammers! They keep changing names because people are catching on. Trust me, do your research before buying from them. I had a similar experience last year with a different name.
I tried to cancel my order but couldn’t get through by phone, and emails went unanswered. If they’re too busy to cancel my order, they’re too busy to sell shoes. I was told to wait seven days for a refund, yet they shipped the shoes anyway. What kind of operation is this? I’ll keep updating, as I suspect these are coming from overseas and may be counterfeit. I wanted a refund; why send them at all? You promised a refund in your email, and I need to share that here!
