I ordered a pair of shoes on December 1st, expecting them to arrive before Christmas, but they never showed up. The customer service was awful; I only received automated responses from a bot that claimed to understand my frustrations and stated that my package was 'in transit.' That was the sole update I received. This was my first and last order with this retailer. Very frustrating experience.
