I ordered a part that was supposed to fit my vehicle, but they sent the wrong one despite using my VIN for accuracy. Customer service was unhelpful and only refunded half my money, claiming the part looked “used” when I never installed it. Now I’m left without the correct part and half my money lost. This was a disappointing experience, and I expected much better. I won’t be ordering from them again and advise others to double-check their orders.
