I have ordered several times from 1A Auto and each time, I am tremendously pleased with the quality of the products that I received. Also, the step-by-step DIY videos are a wonderful aid and makes your repairs easier and help prevent any errors. I have referred 1A to family and friends and will continue to purchase from then in the future.
I visited the company's website and entered my vehicle details to purchase front and rear rotors along with brakes. However, they sent all-wheel-drive components instead of the rear-wheel-drive parts I needed, costing me $200 to return them via UPS. Although I shipped them back the same day, they claim they can't locate the returned front rotors and brakes. I tried one rear rotor to check the fit and realized they were incorrect. They informed me that the rear rotors were destroyed as they couldn't be resold and mentioned I might not receive a refund for those. Additionally, they are unable to find my front rotors and brakes for a refund, leaving me potentially out $500 without any parts to resell.

I ordered parts but received the wrong ones and was given a partial refund because they claimed the items were dirty. I know that’s false; I have proof. I paid $225 but only received $82 back. It feels like they’re stealing from me. Stay away from this seller.
Zero stars would be more fitting as I received the wrong part. The mechanic tried to install it but realized it was incorrect. They refuse to exchange or refund, which is their fault. Now I'm out $600, and they won’t take responsibility. This is beyond frustrating.
I ordered a part that was supposed to fit my vehicle, but they sent the wrong one despite using my VIN for accuracy. Customer service was unhelpful and only refunded half my money, claiming the part looked “used” when I never installed it. Now I’m left without the correct part and half my money lost. This was a disappointing experience, and I expected much better. I won’t be ordering from them again and advise others to double-check their orders.
Disappointing parts guarantee. I received the wrong motor mounts for my vehicle. When I called, I found out there was a different part available, but they wouldn’t fulfill my order correctly. I was informed the parts weren’t coming, and after pressing for answers, I was told they had some but couldn’t provide them. This experience has made me less trusting of ordering from them again, especially after having good experiences in the past. I’m genuinely disappointed.
