I visited the company's website and entered my vehicle details to purchase front and rear rotors along with brakes. However, they sent all-wheel-drive components instead of the rear-wheel-drive parts I needed, costing me $200 to return them via UPS. Although I shipped them back the same day, they claim they can't locate the returned front rotors and brakes. I tried one rear rotor to check the fit and realized they were incorrect. They informed me that the rear rotors were destroyed as they couldn't be resold and mentioned I might not receive a refund for those. Additionally, they are unable to find my front rotors and brakes for a refund, leaving me potentially out $500 without any parts to resell.
