If there was a minus 1 I would give that score. I don’t know how the other reviews scored this company so high. You can’t call them unless you use emergency or claim number. If you email they send a standard email reply and you wait up to 30 hours for the real reply.I found them mostly incompetent and useless to deal with when I wanted to cancelMy policy and get a refund. It took over 30 emails to get sorted. So glad I went with another travel insurance company for my one trip. I had no faith or trust that this company would do anything if I had a real issue. Stay away from them. There are so many other insurance companies that offer much better service and rates.
