Booked a multi stop trip and the first flight in my return home was overbooked - I had no seat and missed the whole trip back. Needed to book flights urgently to make it home in time. Unless your plane is falling out of the sky, a cyclone or hurricane has affected your flight or if it’s been hijacked you are covered for 0. Overbooking occurs frequently and this time I got caught out. Using this 1Cover insurance was a waste of time and money.
