I want to share my personal experience and current feelings about my interaction with this company. I initially had concerns, but I feel it's important to note that the company is currently working with me to address these concerns.In my experience, while they did eventually send me my documents after I repeatedly requested them, I felt uncomfortable with certain aspects of the process - such as receiving an invoice before being shown registration screenshots. I plan to update this review once my experience with the company is complete. My perception has shifted from initial serious concerns to feeling that there may have been some mishandling of the process.Regarding my original experience: In my interactions, I felt confused when I noticed that I communicated with different representatives each time. When I called, I personally experienced difficulty getting consistent answers to my questions. Based on my understanding of their marketing, I expected to interact with what was advertised as a 'small family business,' but this wasn't my experience. The email signatures of the agents I was interacting with in email only confused this process as their signature very clearly stated and still states today :"Feel free to reach out to me directly for clarifications at (406) 430-1938 between 9-5 (MST) Mondays - Fridays." however when calling you do not receive the agent directly but another call center agent. Later I became worried when, after I paid several hundred dollars, I had trouble receiving my LLC forms. I felt distressed when I discovered that what I initially thought was my LLC document contained only the title. I then spent an additional $120 to send my documents, including the title, via overnight delivery. In my experience, despite communication that they would promptly send my plates overnight and provide pictures before requesting registration payment, I did not receive this as I expected - instead I got auto attempt charged and received the invoice before any communication about my registration.I personally felt uncomfortable with the pricing structure, as my experience differed from what I understood about their advertised '$1 starting' cost. I was initially concerned about how my vehicle registration was going to be handled given the above situation and that I didn't receive what I expected. After consistent follow up and posting this review and consistently spending emotional labor on responding to the distressed company responses to the original review, I got what the documents of registration and the plates were finally sent. They are supposed to arrive soon.I want to be clear that these are my personal experiences and feelings about my specific interactions with the company, and I am continuing to work with them toward a resolution.Note: This is an updated version of my previous review, revised to reflect ongoing developments and current situation with the company.
