Everything went smoothly from the start. The communication is great, they were very friendly and respectful and helped me through the entire process. I did pay the extra to expedite the process so from start to finish it only took about 2 weeks to get my plates, otherwise it would be around 3-4 weeks total. Cost me $1349 all said and done for a permanent plate saving me literally thousands every year for registration costs on a 27 year old motor home.
I registered on their site for $1 after I found out that they charge almost $1,000 to register a vehicle so I don't see how there's any savings I requested a refund for that dollar because I was not going to be using this services and what I ended up getting was not only that dollar charge continuing on my card but a $299 charge which is I'm in the process of disputing it with my bank do not recommend this service for anybody and I don't see how it is saving anybody money when they charge $800 and some dollars for a fee other than New York and to register a commercial vehicle of 10,000 lb it's around $300 so you're not saving any money register your vehicle in your own state $299 charge is now leaving me to the point where I can't even register it in my own State because now I do not have the money highly misleading and in my book fraudulent

Nobody answers the phone ever and emails are rarely responded to. Seems like they get the job done but very frustrating to figure out paper work required when nobody answers the phone.
